The following dishes have been selected from our extensive
menu and are specially available, at a 15% discount, during
the Curry Festival, from the 11th – 25th of September
(12pm – 7pm).
CHINGRI MARASI
King prawns cooked with baked tomatoes and green pepper, flavoured
with fresh ginger and garlic, garnished with spring onions
and coriander.

THE CHEFS COMPETION.
THATUL TANGA BHUJON (CHICKEN / LAMB
/ VEGETABLE)
Cooked with a home made sweet and sour, spicy sauce; creating
a unique flavour – garnished with onions and coriander.
Highly recommended.
SHAMPAN DELIGHT
Whole spring chicken marinated with our specially prepared
spicy sauce and then baked in the tandoor. Stuffed with spinach
and cheese, garnished with fried onions and coriander –
served on a special sizzler.
SHAHI MURUG BHUJON
Whole spring chicken marinated in yoghurt and specially selected
herbs and spices. Baked in a deep charcoal oven, then cooked
with minced lamb meat and paneer (homemade cheese), flavoured
with garlic and butter.
SHOBJI KUFTA BUJON
Lightly spiced mixed vegetable balls cooked in spicy sauce
with mushrooms, baked tomatoes and capsicum. Garnished with
spring onions and coriander.
MUROG BHUJON
A whole spring chicken marinated and baked in the tandoor.
Then cooked with a mixture of spices in the Karai, and finally
served with baked tomatoes and specially fried egg.
FISH THALI
A selection of special Fish dishes including; Biran Mass,
Fish Kofta Masala and Prawn Curry. Also served with Mixed
Vegetables, Rice, Chapatti and Yoghurt sauce.
UREEBISI GATTA (CHICKEN / LAMB / PRAWN)
Special Bangladeshi runner beans, flavoured with green chillies,
coriander and other special spices. A tasty dish, and very
popular in The Shampan.
SHATKORA FLAVOURED DISHES (CHICKEN
/ LAMB / PRAWN)
Shatkora fruit, which is extremely popular in the Sylhet region
of Bangladesh, providing a unique, sour flavour.
